What data we process and why
Take Away orders: name, phone, pickup time and notes sent via WhatsApp. Purpose: handling your order. Legal basis: performance of a contract / request.
Reservations or enquiries by phone, email or social: data needed to handle your request. Legal basis: consent / legitimate interest.
Browsing: anonymous functional data and, if enabled, aggregated analytics data (only with your prior consent).
Retention period
We keep data for as long as needed to handle your request and meet our legal obligations (e.g. tax). It is then deleted or anonymised.
Recipients and transfers
We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law. Some communications may take place via WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) and, if you enable the third-party category, Google Maps may process data when the map is shown.
Your rights
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to nahumada@cqcanquel.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
